ABOUT SPROUT
Sprout is an organization of students committed to empowering underprivileged students in the surrounding Urbana-Champaign community by providing student-led workshops and seminars regarding personal financial literacy and careers in finance and business. We strive to equip students with the skills and opportunities necessary to pursue higher education or a post-high school career, whilst also achieving financial success.
Meeting Structure
- General Meetings: Wednesdays 5-6pm
- Workshops at local public elementary, middle, and high schools (2-3 times a semester)
- RSO-wide workshops for Sprout members
- Philanthropic events (fundraisers, other volunteering opportunities)
- Social events (to support team bonding and unity)
